Therapy
Having therapy is a chance to talk to someone about something that is concerning you. A space to openly share your worries and concerns with another person who is trained to listen and support you in a way that your friends and family often can’t or don’t want to. What you say is confidential and treated with respect and empathy. You will have a space to explore and understand yourself better; your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how they impact on your relationships, views of yourself and others.
I offer weekly therapy to individuals and to couples in a safe and comfortable setting in Tunbridge Wells. Parking is available.
